This Privacy Policy describes how TestedToday ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit testedtoday.com(the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

TestedToday is an independent product-review publication. We are not a retailer; we do not process payments or ship products. Purchases you make after clicking outbound links happen entirely on the retailer's own site under their terms and privacy policy.

Information we collect

We collect a small, deliberately limited amount of information:

• Analytics data — page views, referring URL, approximate region, device type, and pages clicked. This is collected automatically through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights and is used only to improve the Site.
• Outbound click data — when you click an outbound affiliate or product link, our link shortener (short.io) records anonymous click counts and referrer information so we can see which reviews drive interest. We do not collect your name, email, address, or any personal identifier through this.
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) for a limited period for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not operate user accounts, newsletters, comment systems, or any feature that asks you to submit personal information directly to the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a small number of essential and analytics cookies set by Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and short.io. These cookies do not personally identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the Site will continue to function normally without them, though some traffic measurement may be lost.

Third-party services we use

• Vercel — hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• short.io — outbound link shortening and click measurement.
• Amazon Associates — affiliate program. When you click an Amazon link and complete a purchase, Amazon may set its own cookies and may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable data with us so we can be credited for the referral.
• TikTok Shop & other retailer affiliate programs — same model as Amazon. We never see your personal purchase details, only aggregate referral credit.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• understand which reviews and products visitors find useful;
• measure outbound click activity to track affiliate referrals; and
